Our nursing staff is available 24-hours a day, 365 days a year for emergency nursing care. The nursing staff is immediately accessible to residents via telephone or the emergency call system located in each apartment.
Windsor Place at Orlando Lutheran Towers is very fortunate to hold an Extended Congregate Care License (ECC). An Extended Congregate Care (ECC) License is a specialty license that allows the facility to provide additional nursing services and total assistance with personal care services. Residents living in ECC-licensed facilities may have higher impairment levels than those living in standard Assisted Living Facilities which allow them to remain in their private apartment homes longer rather than having to move to the Skilled Nursing Facility.
